This is the full length version (35 minutes) of the documentary film 'Aurora: Europe's Journey To Mars. It follows a group of UK-based scientists and engineers in the early stage of development of the ExoMars rover, now known as the Rosalind Franklin rover, including the Panoramic Camera (PanCam) and Raman Laser Spectrometer (RLS). The film reveals the science, technology, engineering and planning involved in missions of this complexity, and explains the aims of the missions and the obstacles they will need to overcome.
